This dōjō (along with Bayswater, WA) forms the headquarters of the Sōsuishi-ryū Jujutsu Kai Australia & New Zealand (SJJK-AUS/NZ) and a chartered dojo of the International Okinawa Shōrin-ryū Seibukan Karate-do Association (IOSSKA). It is also affiliated to Judo NSW, the state body of Judo Australia.
Practice of these arts is a serious undertaking, requiring many years of dedication to reach deeper understanding. Yet, they are profoundly enjoyable and fulfilling arts, with unbroken lineages straight back to their origins in Japan. We maintain these strong connections and travel there regularly for continuing training. We welcome any inquiries from committed budōka, or from those who would like to embark on this journey.
Basic information on this site includes our class times, and location.
Note: This dojo has had its roof blown off in a storm in January 2025.

Until we resume operations at the School of the Arts hall, please see the following map for our updated locations. Karate is now held in the Boronia Grove Community Centre on Mondays and Judo is now held at the Epping Rotary Hall on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
